Spirit Awards
Nominate a Special Woman in Your Life
To submit a nomination, describe in less than 1,000 words how a special woman in your life best fulfills one of the categories described below. The awards are open to women over the age of 18 living or working in Volusia County, FL. Recipients will receive recognition at a prestigious awards luncheon on Saturday, November 1, 2008 and will be published in the December issue of Women's Lifestyle magazine. Additional gifts will also be awarded and are yet to be determined by sponsor donations.

The Women's Lifestyle SPIRIT Awards Committee will choose six recipients - one from each category. Recipients are selected based on how well the essay describes ways that your nominee exemplifies the characteristics of the chosen category. Choose only one category and include as many real life examples as space allows

You will be choosing one of the following categories for your nomination:
S - Supportive - charitable, encouraging, helpful, reassuring, thoughtful, understanding
P - Principled - conscientious, dedicated, ethical, honest, moralistic, respectable
I - Inspirational - encouraging, enthusiastic, impassioned, motivating, spirited, vivacious
R - Resilient - accommodating, adaptable, cheerful, flexible, rebounding, unsinkable
I - Innovative - clever, creative, ingenious, imaginative, inventive, resourceful
T - Tenacious - confident, determined, enduring, persevering, reliable, secure

You may submit your nomination to us by e-mail to spirit@womenslifestylemagazine.net, or you may fill out the nomination form on a secure on-line connection link found below. Be sure to include your name and contact phone numbers so we can contact you if your nominee is chosen.
