Acceptable Ad Formats PDF submissions are preferred. Some versions of Quark, Photoshop, Illustrator and In-Design may also be accepted. A hard copy of the ad is suggested. Advertiser assumes all liability for content, including font and art usage.

Payment is due with initial insertion order. We accept all major credit cards.

Cancellation for reserved space must be submitted in writing with a 60-day advance notice. Advertisers are liable to provide acceptable material by due dates. If not the Publisher reserves the right to repeat a previous ad or charge the full rate for unused space.
Women's Lifestyle magazine reserves the right to refuse any ad that is of a vulgar, sexist, racist, or of any degrading nature.
